What are your opening times?
How much is delivery?
Totally free! Honest there’s no gimmicks or catches, we deliver to mainland UK for free.
How long does it take for an item to arrive once I buy it?
If you purchase your product before 3pm it will be dispatched same day, and will normally arrive at your door within the next 48 working hours.
An item says backorder available. What does that mean?
Fortunately in the circumstance where we have ran out of stock of an item, we facilitate back orders to ensure you can receive your item even if we don’t currently have it in stock. Each product has varying backorder time schedules, contact us for an item specific schedule.
Can you give us pre/post-sales advice?
What if something doesn’t work?
If your item doesn’t work as intended we will happily swap you a new one out and will reimburse you the delivery charge for the faulty product back to us as per our no quibble return policy.
How do I know if something will fit?
It’s down to you as a customer to be able to measure yourself as we don’t have the ability to do that for you, we have the dimensions and sizes along with appropriate pictures for every item that we sell on the respective product page. If you are unsure though feel free to contact us.
